Semi-Automatic Machines
Semi-Auto machines are designed to be used with an operator for each cycle. These custom machines are typically used for small part assembly, applying grease, Ionizing, or simple verification. We can build these to be a bench-top style with the control box sitting underneath, or as an all-in-one machine with an extruded aluminum frame. The all-in-one machines are a top of line piece of equipment that can be easily re-tooled later on to work with a different product or function.
Automatic Machines
Automatic machines require very little operator involvement, other than filling feeders and emptying completed part totes. These are a great investment for high volume production and multiple processes.
Assembly Jigs
Assembly jigs are great when you don't need all the automation. Custom built to your specifications; these jigs can be used for all your assembling needs. Need verification or process control? We can add sensor verification, sequence indicators, pick-to-light, part lock, or any other option you may need.
